A 24 hour economy isn't a novelty- it's selective- not across board-- specific area of the Economy-- in a place like NYC--- the subway train services runs 24 hrs at altered tempo-- selected areas too operate on a 3 shift system. So you see it is only in the big cities. I think in Ghana the 3 shift system is already in operation in certain sectors.
