Not really quite sure who. Sometimes, these old songs may never be traced to the original composer. The person that had it on the tape first may not even be the actual composer. A lot of these songs were composed decades ago by men and women (inspired by the Holy Spirit) in the villages who never had access to technology. We used to sing this particular song in the choir about 30 years ago.
