    Chicken Egg Pakora ek mazedar aur crunchy snack hai jo chicken ke pieces aur ande ke mixture se banaya jata hai. Yeh garam garam chai ke saath ya kisi bhi special occasion par serve kiya ja sakta hai. Neeche diye gaye instructions ke mutabiq aap ghar par hi delicious Chicken Egg Pakora tayar kar sakte hain:
    Ingredients:
    250 grams boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
    2 eggs
    1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
    2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves (dhaniya patti)
    1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
    1 teaspoon red chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
    1 teaspoon garam masala powder
    Salt to taste
    1 cup besan (gram flour)
    Oil for frying
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Chicken Mixture:
    Ek large mixing bowl mein boneless chicken pieces, chopped onions, green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, aur namak daal kar mix karein.
    Coat with Gram Flour:
    Chicken mixture ko ache se mix karne ke baad, besan daal kar ek thick batter tayar karein. Dhyan rahein ki batter thoda sa thick ho taaki pakore crispy ban sakein.
    Prepare the Egg Mixture:
    Ek alag bowl mein ande ko ache se beat karein aur usmein thoda sa namak aur kali mirch daal kar mix karein.
    Frying:
    Ek deep frying pan mein oil ko garam karein.
    Garam oil mein besan se coated chicken pieces ko ek-ek karke dip kar ke fry karein. Dhyan rakhein ki medium heat par pakayein taaki pakore evenly golden brown ho jayein.
    Coat with Egg Mixture:
    Jab pakore golden brown ho jayein, unhein ek side se nikal kar thodi der ke liye rakh dein. Phir ek plate par nikale hue pakoron ko egg mixture mein dip karein aur phir se garam oil mein fry karein. Isse pakore aur bhi crispy ban jayenge.
    Serve:
    Garama garam Chicken Egg Pakore ko kitchen towel par drain karke serve karein.
    Green chutney, imli ki chutney, ya ketchup ke saath serve karein.
