@otavioarianogaio9373 No, if he used the draw card ability on Faerie Mastermind, he would have triggered sheoldred, and the opponent would be at -1 on their draw step. But I could make that mistake too if I only played limited and had a newborn keeping me up.
"Make them have it" in constructed more often than not becomes "I'll bet they have it"

Congrats on Hiro! I always enjoy your content. I believe you are the single most entertaining mtg streamer/ content creator. You're pretty much the only one my family watches for fun. This video caught my eye, because I have been running my own faerie deck for daily points in Standard recently. I believe many of the shortcomings of the faerie deck can be overcome with the inclusion of the Invasion of Amonkhet x3 or x4 and the Archpriest of Shadows x2 or x3. I find it helps more than the Virtue of Persistence, it allows you to cut your Sheoldred count down to 3 if you like, and I've found it is a bit more powerful and helpful than 4 ego drains. Maybe only run 2 ego drains instead. The extra buy back opportunities from the mills and card advantage add up. I also run 4 Messengers and cut a Sleep Cursed Faerie or 2 because you don't want to return something late game with 3 stun counters on it. Too slow. I also include 1-4 special top end cheat in cards that you get back after all the self mill and discard from the faeries. Here it's dealers choice in what you want to include. I find a mix of different one ofs is sometimes fun. You could almost put any win con you like. Some of my personal favorites are Toxrill, Dreadfeast Demon, and my absolute favorite is the Hoarding Broodlord, because many times you can fetch a spell stutter to protect you from board wipes and other game ending threats immediately that turn even if you're tapped out on mana. But you could also branch into un-castables that are completely off color if you're feeling spicy. You'll have plenty of opportunities to discard them to get them in the grave. Anyways food for thought on changing up the faerie build a bit. Congrats again on baby Hiro again! I know the best thing I've ever done and will ever do is being a mom. Sheoldred, but standard so 98% white wheenies and soldiers with a tiny bit of mono red sprinkled in.. Still the format has been more insufferable then Alchemy nonsense bombs to be 100% honest..
