@@GOATStoriesinspiration the real estate market prices throughout the Niagara Region, I mean. Because interest rates are up, it has brought home prices down some and there could be buying opportunities.

@@susanacreations rice road area is a great area. Welland is great for outdoor recreational activities and sports. What else would you like to learn about the area if I may ask?

@@susanacreations you will have to check with the city but as I understand, Welland does not allow anything other than Cats & Dogs.
