the 2024 GMC Denali Ultimate is a very nice looking truck...but I've heard and read some negative comments about the Ultimate's seats being not so comfortable. Many saying the seats are like sitting on boards if your driving in it for any distance.
Hey, thanks for the comment. I actually had a 2018 model 2500 Denali that had very stiff seats. Then I bought the 2020 2500 AT4 with softer suspension, and they had revised the truck substantially but the seats were still fairly stiff even though the suspension did help.
Now that I have this 24 Ultimate, I can say for sure that they are the softest of the three by a large margin and I haven't had any discomfort on very long road trips. The under-the-thigh pressure is what drove me crazy with the other two.... this one although the seats are firm and I wouldn't call them Mercedes S class ultra comfort, they are VERY comfortable... by far the best 🙏🏼😁 The driving distance was an issue with the other two, not with this one at all.
Also, they have already gotten even a bit softer now that I have over 10,000 miles.

I probably watched the same video of the uncomfortable seats that you’re referring to, and didn’t agree with it. I just picked up my new 3500 Ultimate and the seats are pretty comfortable. My previous truck was a RAM 3500 Longhorn which had the plushest seats of any truck and the Ultimates are close. Need a few more miles to make a better comparison and review. But these seats work for me. I’m just under 6’ and 205lb. Love the truck so far - and still haven’t used the messaging seats yet.
Is the kicker stereo a ordered option
The Ultimate... Came with it.... it better if it's called the Ultimate right 👍 It's pretty loaded with everything, I'm not sure what else would be an add-on.

I just bought my new 2024 GMC 3500 Denali Sierra Duramax. I hear a slight clinging clunk noise in the suspension when I go slow over bumps or making a slow turn did you have anything similar when you first got your truck? Im at 800 miles on truck.

As far as rear-end sounds..... I haven't had anything like that at all.
Possible a similar story: I almost bought a 1000 hp Jeep built by Hennessey and when I test-drove it there was a noise in the same area, and came to find out the suspension housing was totally tight and it made a buckling sound... especially when you put it in reverse and gave it a little extra gas, you could really hear it.
Just a thought. I've seen that be not too uncommon especially when the Xtra heavy-duty suspension and the leaf springs are added to handle the payload.
Wild shot but it's worth mentioning the possibility of when to take it to service it.

Hey there sure.... Ok, I'm around town at 14-16, then on the highway at 70-80 mph on trips I've seen as high as 21, but high 19's is about what it usually is. That is with 5 of us and about 500 lbs in the bed.
