Thanks so much . This is basically a thick cream so it’s not going to melt like the regular whipped body butter .

No it will not give you the same result. You need to use a hand/stick blender.

Hi. Please I have a question about body butters. So I've been trying to make emulsified body butters for some time and some of the batches have turned out well. However, even though i precisely calculate how much preservative to use, after a few days or a week, it starts to grow mould. How do I fix this please?😭😭
What percentage is your oil?
Hi! I used optiphen preservative in my last batch and I noticed it has a smell… It’s not a strong smell but it’s a bit noticiable before I add in a fragrance. Is it supposed to have a smell?

Did you hear the oil phase as well ? To the same temp of the water phase
Try to get it as close as possible. Doesn't necessarily have to be exact.
What was your ratio you use for the cetyl alchohol?

Pls how can I make a body butter with kojic dip, licorice , mulberry, alpha arbutin...... But some ingredients are water soluble........which emusifier would be best for this body butter to mix the oil and water substances.........please help pls
Hi! There are several emulsifiers. I will give you 3 recommendations. Emulsifying wax nf, Olivem 1000 or Ritamulse Scg

You have to mix it in very well and it make take a couple of minutes to blend in
Optiphen is for oil based formulations. Do you mean optiphen plus?
Optiphen is for both water and oil based formulations while Optiphen plus is used for only water formulations
