Sometimes these USCIS Officers don't even look at all the evidence!! That happened to my spouse and I sent some evidence with him to his B2 interview and the officer did not even look at it.
Mr Jim he don't play around and he tell you the truth what it's going to be you just wasting your time wasting your money they're just going to deny it... It's not easy
very informative, i personally know someone whos family got GC & traveled to USA, leaving behind one married daughter with kids as she was over age limit & ofcourse married...... the applied within few month of their family getting GC, well guess what Visit Visa got denied, they reapplied & it got denied again.... i believe they had 3 denials within a short period........
What if I travelled before I was 18 years old and have good travel history and it got expired now I am 20 from Jamaica planing to renew it , I don’t have strong ties , I am going back school September but I placed a hold on it since last term
Dear Sir, My father live in USA. My steps mother and step siblings also live in USA. Yesterday Embassy refuse my visa Consular ask me your all family is in USA I replied yes. Refuse My whole family is in Pakistan. What can I do now reply again or not

My case was filled on December /8/2019 and it is the I-130 form. Now the case actively reviewing, my question is how long it will take?
