I use Adobe Fill & Sign as I can have the app on both my Samsung Note9 & Laptop as well as my Mac & iPad. My signature is saved for whenever I receive a document that needs signing.

I use this feature since 2016 but it was through a 3rd party app
I never knew that notes had it, I use to save a lot of time since I was a dell tech and had to sign every order and the clients to, so all I use to do was open the file sign and send it to the client and Dell in seconds without carrying papers everywhere and printing scanning etc
And the client was more comfortable signing the documents

Instead of this tedious process you can simply open the pdf with write on pdf option and sign. It's simplest and quickest way.

I could not find anywhere else to post this but it has been driving me NUTS since I first got my S23 Ultra!!! I am hoping you can help because even Samsung was useless! I am having a problem with the email folders in the native email app. In the Manage Folders page I have "Saved Emails" checked, yet it does NOT show when I go back to my list of folders in the mail app. No matter what I do I cannot get that Saved Email folder to show so how the heck do I save emails? I cannot find an answer ANYWHERE!

You can use any contact pen. I'm using a simple pen for 3€ instead of a finger (don't like smudgy display).

How do you get the email to sign the document out of your Gmail into your PDF for how do you do that I don't know how to do that I'm trying to figure out how to do it do you do you take it do you look on your Gmail and look up under something to put it into something else into a PDF file or is that automatically and you can go into your whatever you need to go into can you tell me and help me out I need some help thank you

Just download the email attachment. It does into "Downloads" on your phone. Then import it into samsung notes like I showed.
