In this Game, Eggman found a corrupted version of the Master Emerald called the Corrupted Emerald.
If Eggman can sacrifice Sonic in a Ritual he is able to summon the "Forbidden 3" with the help of the cursed Corrupted Emerald!

I always love how 90% of Sonamy fan stuff has Sonic acting OoC. Like c’mon, he wouldn’t be the type to call anyone “darling” outside of quips least of all to Amy since he gets flustered when she does that lol 2:24
I like to think of Sonic as someone who can easily charm other people when he needs to (as seen in the cartoons and comics) but when around someone he’s got a crush on he gets flustered and tries to come off as cool but ends up looking goofy (as seen many times in the Twitter takeover), I think that makes the dynamic better anyway.
