You would struggle coming to Glasgow if you can't understand Kieran Tierney. He doesn't have a very, strong accent at the best of times because his family are from the Isle of Man and he is obviously trying to speak clearly so people can understand him.

He probably was still learning joined up writing....... a wonderful wonderful player. Celtic aren’t light in defence since his departure, but his replacement doesn’t cover his ability. Not yet anyway, probably never.

As an italian I tell you that I actually find Kane’ s “”english”” easier to understand. Of course I don’ t understand everything he says, but at least I can tell what he is talking about without subtitles. Tierney, and scottish people in general, always seem to be trying to speak dutch for some reason. I’ ve even stayed in Scotland for about a month and to this day I still can’ t figure out what a scottish person is talking about unless I hear the sentence 3 or 4 times

@notformebeaky Tierney is a top player. I have watched him for 4 years. When he first came in to the team Celtic were going through a tough spell lacking intensity and inspiration Emilio Izaguirre was the first choice at the time and got injured for us was a very good player but at the time the team was just lacking passion I remember a Europa league game when he came of the bench we were not playing well and this young lad come on and suddenly we were making tackles and suddenly a bit of quality on the ball and he made that position his own and did not look back. He beats players he is a one on one defender he has great timing in his tackles. He is comfortable on the ball great skill great first touch and his ability to pick people moving in the box. This one guy a left back the youngest guy in the team was hyping up professionals getting the crowd going. He took his place and never looked back. You are getting a gem of a player. During Champion League games he has been or best and most consistent player. He has been or best and most consistent player for the last 3 years now. When players form dipped he has stayed consistent and is always improving.
Players like Andy Roberson and Virgil van Dijk came from the Scottish premier league. I can list a top number 9f player over the last 20 years who has played on the premier league after words and were good players in the premier league. People like Stan Petrov and Mikel Arteta to name a few. Your ignorantce is bliss. The lad is injured I bet you never heard of him before and like a typical fan you haven't even watched him. I hope you choke on your words.
