Confirming for anyone out there, they do now come with spring pins on all ceramic models. This is due to fragility of the ceramic if hex bolts are over tightened, (according to B&R Australia)
Most automatic watches can be wound by hand, and so can this one. The rotor in the movement is ensuring that the watch is getting its spring wound when on a wrist and most of the time the watch will stay ticking just by wearing it
