I thought I'd share a raw and honest chat about disappointment in life and things not going to plan. I've been struggling this week with negative thoughts and I wanted to share the truth of how I've been feeling to help others going through similar struggles feel less alone. Sometimes it's hard when you're seeing other people's success online.
