My screws on the top of the driver and the bottom of the driver are banging into each other every time they pass each other, which is making my design jump out of alignment by 1/2” or more just the regular brother PR1000 hat driver, any suggestions?
UPSRC I'd be happy to provide you with some additional videos so you can see the cap frame in action! Just email me at Info@HoopTechProducts.com or call our office at 513-829-7768. In the meantime, here's what our customers are saying. "81 hats ready for pick up.Couldn't have done it without your WONDERFUL hat hoops." "finished cap using our new attachments. What a GREAT piece of tooling. Thanks for all your help" "Can't tell you how much I LOVE YOUR DREAM HOOP!! It's been 25 years since I did hats!"
I noticed that when you get finished, the hoop is quite a bit off center. Mine ends up like this too, and simply will not get centered no matter how much I try with the on-screen arrows. Is there a secret to getting this centered?

Not that I can think of off hand but I'll do some searching! Email me at info@hooptechproducts.com and I'll send you the other video demonstrations we have.
+Hoop Tech Products Thanks a bunch. i was looking for something whereas i don't have to mash the so it doesn't lose its form. i guess one has to modified for the janome mb4-s :-(
Hello Donna There are certain caps that are easier than others to attain a higher stitch area but depending on your machine type you can stitch to around 5/8 of an inch from the cap's bill. If you forward me your email address I can send you photo examples of what some of our customers have been able to do using this frame!
Thank you for this video. Exactly what I needed to install my hat driver.
