From his first EuroLeague appearance at age 16, the Real Madrid guard has improved game by game. Recently turned 19, he is already a serious candidate to become the youngest EuroLeague MVP ever.
"Luka Doncic: The Future Is Now" follows his basketball career from Doncic's hometown of Ljubljana to Madrid, where he moved at age 12, and includes rare footage of him dominating all kinds of youth competitions.
The Insider documentary also features in-depth interviews with Doncic's family, friends, teammates, coaches and rivals to learn more about him as a player and person.

How can you not be over the moon with this kid? He is just a bigger version of James Harden just a tad slower due to his size.
For us Europeans it was obvious that he should have gone no1, although Ayton might become really good and even an all star, he’s never going to be in doncics level, Americans just doubt the euroleauge too much for some reason yet they don’t understand the competition in the euroleauge is 20x better and harder than college, Even when there was an 18 year old who literally won everything in Europe they doubted him and picked him 3rd... What more could you want from a prospect at 18 years old.

Since Allen Iverson, this guy 20 years later, is my new crush. He re-invented the basketball playing in nba. They're totally opposite but they created something new. The way they are on the playground, focused on what they have have to do, humble but with that big determination on their eyes. They wanna eat. And they wanna play. They are not formal. They are artists. With shark jaw and owl vision.
He speaks great Spanish.
