A Finnish man in the woods with nothing in his hands is even more terrifying. Meeting a fin in the middle of nowhere with an axe, chainsaw or firearm = an average Tuesday, an unarmed fin in the woods on the other hand is nothing short of sheer terror and nightmare fuel

No teeth bearing, no bowing, no frozen posture assessing the people, no snarling. The dog presented as if it was looking for his friends. Granted, no sound, but I don't see any snarling or other signs of aggression.

Yep. Dogs will often try to at least lure the predator away from the human if they can't fight it directly. They sure are incredible gifts.

Weiner dogs were trained to hunt badgers. A moose is nothing. Those little dude will go at ANYTHING. I've had one, she was hair trigger with going after stuff. Not humans tho.
My dad has a dog like that, And he was loudly barking at a whole group of cows once.
It startled the cows a little bit, So they just walked away. But they wanted nothing to do with the dog.

The shark is being baited to charge at them. Look in front and above it as it appears, they are pulling something in on a line that it's trying to catch. They made the poor thing smash its jaw into a metal bar to scare some divers. Ass hats...

Most people today wouldn't last a week in most times and places in the past. An entire pack of hungry snarling wolves would walk right up to them and they wouldn't notice until the first one took a bite.
