  • In this video, I go over what it takes to upgrade S10 front brakes to Camaro brakes. This is the same procedure that would be needed for a Corvette or hybrid setup, but the abutment bracket geometry would be different. I hope this video helps some folks. Links to bracket drawings and wheel studs below. Cheers!

Yes in my opinion the 01 and newer blazer is an easier alternative. While you're there grab the rear fist. Everyone wants Camaro for bragging rights. But for the rear S-10 Blazer is is also easier to incorporate parking brake without fabrication

@@jayinmi3706 I would to if I wasn't in the middle of a major remodel of my house and I'm also doing the same brake upgrade on my 91 formula firebird for me it's just as easy for the machine shop to make 6 brackets while they are cutting 4 hubs I'm thinking of doing the Camaro frt brakes on the rear of the S10 so I have to make a template for the rear brackets and the caliper brackets I'm using for the rear are from the frt of a Chevy envoy but uses the same caliper as the camaro and is 12inch rotor diameter the firebird already has rear disc brakes but are only single piston rear calipers and I just got new Riddler 606 18 inch wheels for the S10. And the c5 wheels I was using on the s10 will now go on the firebird just need to pick some sticky rubber for the 18 inch wheels. Good luck with your S10
