I'm not ready for this yet, but I have to agree with others that you are a great teacher, and I appreciate your videos very much.

Really pretty one! Thanks Pru. And as always: you are such a great teacher. Your explanations are spot on and truly support people to develop their skills comfortably.

Thank you so much Petra. The challenge was working out how to make this sort of demo video friendly, which is why I reduced it to a 4 row repeat.

I’m hoping that after watching this series of your videos the lightbulb will pop on and I’ll finally be able to figure out patterns and be able to know how to string the beads on the cords to create them. So far it’s been a complicated mystery to me. I really like this one with the mini magatamas, I have some in my stash and I’m hoping I have some size eight seed beads that will compliment them. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, you’re a great teacher.

I have always found that trying different patterns and then experimenting with my own ideas is a great way to learn. So far I have 7 different patterns lined up for this series of videos. Thank you for your kind words.

You’re a Rockstar when it comes to designing. I want to do them all but there’s not enough time in my day! Thanks again!

Thank you Irene. I have got more of these videos coming and I have a plan for a sort of sampler bracelet or necklace so that people can try just one repeat of each one and make a single braid. Watch this space!

You are a wonderful teacher, Pru! I like your measured tone and speed with no background music which I find distracting. I really do want to try out these patterns when I get back to braiding. I bought your book on kumihimo endings and have found it to be of great help. Thank you so much for your willingness to share your knowledge.

Pru, these videos are so wonderful. ❤ I went thru a rough time and I've taken a long break from FB. Yet the videos I can watch without a lot of intrusion from crazy memes. I repeat myself, but truly, thank you for all the great info💜😀

Whooo- Idont have words my dictionary to say how much I enjoy your video tutorials.I am still on Kumihimo- 8 braids. cannot even visualise how much more I have to learn! Not easy at my age - wish I were at least 10 years younger( or started beading 10 years ago)."Better late then never" as they say, and with great teachers like you it would be "child's play" But I do have a question- your chart shows 32/1- 7 / 8 & so on.... I am quite dumb in not understanding the number of the braid which should have beads .Am I even asking the question correctly - thank you for your patience.

No question is a dumb one! These are for fully beaded round braids, so that means beads on all 8 cords and they are dropped in on every cord move. I hope that helps.
