Thanks. This was a big help -- as my new toilet seat came without instructions. My old one was installed differently, flipping up the cap and unscrewing the plastic bolts. I like this new design better!

We use these on all of our rentals. It’s great for cleaning or replacing them. And they are fairly inexpensive.

Plastic hinges break in 2 years. Years ago the old toilet seat hinges lasted forever.
