Your swatches are my absolute favorite. I love how we can see them up close and you really take care to talk about each shade and show multiple angles.
These really look like the spring/summer/fall versions of the Holiday palettes. I love how they give the perfect mix of light to medium to dark shades. I loved seeing them next to previous palettes. TheSeaTall palette looks really nice with both and I like the Flora palette next to the greener palette. Your in-depth review and swatches are so appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!
I like the way you give each individual swatch it's own moment and you really show it in detail. I think it's crazy how I'm finally seeing black shimmers around; about a year and a half ago, I was asking everyone in the comments section where I could get a great black shimmer, and there were hardly any to choose from. I wonder if these brands read the comments to see what people want, like, love, hate, etc.
I assume that there is some sort of AI service that gathers comments about particular brands and products, but it's probably very expensive. With smaller companies like Odens Eye, I would not be surprised if someone reviews their partners' comment sections. But if you search trends aw 25, ss 26, etc, you'll see the trend reports go into the future a few years. That trend may have already been in the pipeline, they have to plan at least a couple years into the future.
I've been wearing black shimmers for years. My favorite is from Kiko the Water Eyeshadow. They are way more shimmery and glittery than they look in the pictures that I was actually really surprised. Kiko often has black shimmer shadows. I've got a couple ones. They're a staple in my collection. Lethal Cosmetics also has one too. That one is my favorite of them all.

I’m so glad you posted this. You do the best swatches and descriptions of 90% of the other channels I watch. Before I bought your sea talk palette I only owned one Odens eye palette and it was an older one from before they updated their formulas but now that I have ur sea talk, which is sheer perfection and makes my heart smile, I’m definitely interested in these two new palettes. I’m 100% a cool toned shadow girl so count me in. Thanks again for your hard work in doing your amazing reviews. ❤❤❤❤

Wow, when you show the palette comparisons, I have to face facts that I really already have almost all these shades in my other OE palettes combined. But that may not stop me from buying anyway, because I'm kinda collecting Oden's Eye at this point!
Oh shit. I’m all over this! I love sparkling “elevated” neutrals. I love cool tones. I love green. Yes. Yes. And more yes. I wish more indie brands would do more neutral leaning palettes.

Jewelry aside, I haven’t been this excited about a palette launch in I don’t I know when - both of them are GORGEOUS and perfect for neutral lovers!
I was on a strict no buy for so long but Oden’s Eye got me again, especially the jewels and gems one. It’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a palette and the look you did from it is my go to look (I have been singing in rock bands for years so you totally nailed that vibe!) I ordered both and I’m so excited. Oden’s Eye is just a stand out to me in an over saturated market. They always nail it in my opinion and their price point makes it a no brainer. I can’t wait to get these palettes.
Ps, if you order both and try to use Lauren’s code it ends up being a bit more money because with the code you don’t get free shipping. It’s literally a few dollars difference but I just wanted to point it out.
I am awaiting the arrival of the Sea Talk palette. But, the Stone & Rock palette is very tempting. Those yellowish greens are everything!

I typically gravitate towards greens and grungy browns but the gems palette has my heart 😍 love love looove the rosy tones, lavenders, and muted dark blues…. I think it would pair well with you palette! Would love to see a video using these palettes combined with the latest collabs ❤ (if that’s something you want to do). Oden's eye palettes have all been too brightly colored for me in the past, but I can't wait to pick up Jewels & Gems! "Interesting neutrals" is my jam, reminds me of Huda's Rose Quartz palette.

Oh man, these look amazing! I've been in a cool-toned mood recently and this is right up my alley. Cannot wait to hear your thoughts and probably pick up at least one of these babies. Edit after the initial makeup goblin was satiated by the pretty swatches: I have similar enough shades that I do not need another palette in my collection, so instead I sat down and made a mini-curation highlighting the Odens Eye products I already love and I am so excited to play tomorrow morning!

WHOA this is the most gorgeous palette I have ever ever seen. I am LUSTING after these. Thanks for the heads up. I would cry if I didn't at least get the Jewels and gems palette. I'm not wowed by the jewelry and I am sad they do not have a bundle just with the palettes. Also how do they make these so affordable still? $30 something for that size of palette is still such a great deal with all of those multichromes.
The Jewels & Gems palette is the first of their palettes to caught my eye (that isn’t a collab). Great color story, I’d buy it if I wasn’t on a no buy.

I just want to say that anything Lauren recommends, I trust in buying. So far, I have no regrets with my purchases until today. I got my Oden’s eye and the quality is subpar. I’ve tried Sheglam palettes before out of curiosity and believe me, when I found myself shaken and surprised as to the similar quality Sheglam has with Oden’s eye! The mattes are good but the shimmers are hard pan (not flaky, not creamy and not pigmented at all!) Then I looked into reviews and found a lot of people in reddit complaining about Oden’s eye. Wow! I thought I just got a bad batch but not the case. Perhaps the palettes given to influencers for PR are good but different from the palettes they sell to customers. It is such a waste of money. Will never purchase Oden’s Eye again. Also, I never realized it is made in china! I thought it is a European brand. Nothing wrong with Chinese brands if that is what I expect like Florasis and Kaleidos. But to advertise themselves as Swedish, I would expect it being European made and knowing european made makeup are great. This one is garbage. Wish I never purchased.

The green palette’s mattes don’t seem as pigmented or intense as other odens eye shades. Some of them just looked weirdly sheer. The first palette reminds me of the Christmas Eve palette tho

Thank you so much for your looks and palette comparisons, I watched so many of reviews and no one cared to compare next to older palettes. I find that odd as many people in the comments see the similarity to e.g. Xmas palettes or Annete's palette (vs Jewels & Gem).

When you held up Amanda's palette for the comparisons, my heart clutched a little. Your palette is also lovely, but Amanda's has my perfect color story. I have been resisting, because I am on an eyeshadow no buy for the next couple of years, but man, is it hard.

The un=recorded look is amazing, I am going to try and copy that gorgeous painterly wing! I love the trompe d'oeil effect of lifting the corner, it's definitely got a 20s/30s vibe from the twentieth century!
This first pilot reminds me so much of your pathologist expanded and the second pallet reminds me a lot of the green and purple palette that was part of the collab Bundles just expanded on the green end I bet people love these alone and As companion pallets
