The reason why there’s no flop in SVT discography. According to Woozi, in order for a song to be on the album, it has to pass his high standards first, then HYBE/Pledis staffs & the last step were the members approval knowing how meticulous they are when it comes to their music. Woozi said getting members approval was the hardest part.

Not sure if your discourse covered this but Seo Taiji is considered 1st Gen; SHINee and Big Bang are 2nd Gen; BTS, EXO and Seventeen are 3rd Gen; TXT, Stray Kids, ATEEZ are 4th Gen; ZeroBase1 is 5th Gen. Hope that helps. It’s not just debut year but stylistic. New Jeans is a bubble group between 4th-5th Gen .

I love that he doesn’t have prompt cards, like traditional talk show hosts, I love that’s it’s a genuine conversation. He is interested in the conversation so good!!!

  • @muginfires

"its like once you actually accept it , it makes it real but that's not true at all, it's already real you just haven't accepted it"

  • @kookyeomist

IOI was a girl group with idols like Somi and Chungha who are big soloists now and Kim Se-Jeong (a huge actress now) and the song downpour, was their disbandment songđŸ„čit really is such a beautiful song and woozi gave a lot of advice to the girls and is still close friends with a lot of the members💕he really supported them and they have always said how grateful they are for his help

  • @jessicakozelichki597

The genre Kpop is actually not that old. The 1st generation started the genre(BoA, Rain, Super Junior). Their debut date determines where they fall in the generations. The 5th generation is just starting.

  • @MuddaFuffa

I adore Woozi!!! He's such a cutie!!! And all that talent??!!! Whoa!!! 💜💜💜

Thank you for this reaction, Roscoe! Yoongi is such an excellent host - he brings out the person behind the celebrity and Woozi is no exception. What a talented person, he not only looks like Yoongi, he seems to be a workaholic like Yoongi too. Loved the quickfire back and forth of the conversation and Yoongi has such a gift for making his guest comfortable and receptive. I wonder how many more Suchwita episodes he managed to finish before he left for the military - miss our Min Suga so much! Also love the Jin cameo.

  • @Bludreamgirl

How exciting!!!! I only learned of Seventeen from watching woozi here with suga and then I saw super right after and have been in love ever since!!! I hope you eventually get to checking out SVT Leaders: Woozi (vocal), Hoshi (performance), S.Coups (hip hop / overall leader) I'm still learning about them so if i'm wrong about anything please help lol

Kpop Generations is basically the eras in which Kpop music flourished both locally and internationally. The 1st Generation is between the age of late 90's and early 2000's a.k.a. the birth of Kpop (Best Examples: H.O.T., S.E.S., 1Tym, Baby Vox, etc) The 2nd Generation of KPop is the start of Kpop music being recognized internationally (Super Junior, BigBang, Girls' Generation, Wonder Girls, 2NE1, Shinee, etc), because of this introduction, the 3rd Generation of Kpop Smashed records and dominated charts all over the world (EXO, BTS, RV, TWICE, Blackpink, SEVENTEEN) which changed the industry to what we currently know today. 4th generation: (Stray Kids, ATEEZ, (G)I-DLE, TXT, ITZY, ENHYPEN, aespa, IVE, LE SSERAFIM, and NewJeans) In this video they joked that BSS is part of 4th Gen while Woozi and Suga's future collab would probably be a part of the 5th generation (what's about to come). Although technically, NewJeans could be the start of 5th gen with their new sound but i guess we'll just have to see.

"I'm surprised. How can people eat on camera without looking like an animal"

  • @itspribanerjee

Seventeen's bond is really <3. And Yoongi is an amazing host!

  • @kookyeomist

and the sample woozi used for super wasn’t pre-made it was actually from “sounds of kshmr- vol. 4”

  • @shumaimzainab

WOOZI got some MAGICAL HANDS AND BRAIN>>>>just love him very much>>

  • @Southurnsassy

ROSCOE! Captain, I too love me some Woozi.😁 Seeing Woozi and Hoshi being interviewed by Suga had me delving deeper into Seventeen. I enjoyed their music already, but I had not looked deeper into the group until those two were on the show. Seventeen is adorable. 😊

  • @matyadocyogen1793

You can always pause😅. I love your reactions no matter how long your videos will be. Hearts to you from another CARAT hereâ€ïžđŸ˜Š

  • @MochiSyrup

Your smile is so wholesome 💜đŸ„č

  • @laurainathunderstorm

So the first 2 gens are a bit muddy when it comes to year separation but 90s is 1st gen (H.O.T, S.E.S, 1tym, Finkl, Baby VOX and such) 2nd gen is early 2000s (like Super Junior, SHINee, 2PM, Wonder Girls, 2NE1, etc) and then in 2012 3rd gen started with BTOB and EXO, then followed by groups like Seventeen, Red Velvet, Twice and more. 4th gen is said to begin in 2018 but there's one exception: The Boyz, they are the first 4th gen group and they debuted in December of 2017. Then 5th gen are the groups that are debuting right now like Riize, ZB1, Xikers and many more that I'm not aware of.

  • @muginfires

😂 i also laughed when he followed up with vernon

so much wrong information in the chat about generations LOL. It is broken up by years but tbh it's kind of arbitrary and depends on a kind of vague consensus about trends/tones/etc.
