Agreed I don't like how close the neighbors are if I'm going to spend half a million dollars I want a little bit more legroom other than that I think it's perfect.

This is by far one of the most beautiful and well-staged houses I've seen on your channel, but it needs a bit more land to be worth half a million dollars. In Maine, no covered place to keep vehicles also seems to be an issue for that much money. But it is beautiful.

This is a central Maine premiere lake, and this home has a 20 foot setback that is not repeatable on a vacant lot anywhere in Maine. Homes on this lake have sold for more.

It's a two bedroom home with a one bedroom cabin.
Full finished basement with forced hot air and a gas fireplace. Lakefront access and ownership has the septic system and it has the full well and everything looks brand new.
I have a house next door to me that sold for $350,000 and it's half the size.
I think the price is very fair.
It's not from me I think it needs more land it's way too close to the neighbors but I think the house itself is beautiful.
