You better put a locking lug nut on each wheel if you don't want to come back to your truck sitting on blocks, and maybe a steering wheel club if you don't want to come back to an empty parking spot.

Noooo...dont buy chrome rims unless they are plastic clad. you will spend the rest of your life polishing and babying them with a humidity controlled garage.

I bought my 69 Chevelle in MD, little town of Chevy Chase.
Personally I would not use those rims and tires. They are going to be loud and rough even worse on gas. Also not a field truck anymore. However, our opinion is not necessary. As long as the owner likes it then so be it.
