    Want to thank for all the videos. I don't fight, nor am I interested in the martial part of it. But I'm using these principles in my daily work where I have to handle heavy objects during a long working day. Pushing heavy carts, handling heavy boxes etc.
    Your stretching and not moving tips help to watch and see how the body works. At 57 I feel much better than I did at 25 (when I used rough force).
    I'll say, hard and demanding kind of work leaves you no choice but see how right and wrong application of force effects your body. Both long and short term. Knees, thigh joints, lower back - all these common complaints if ppl, esp at old age. They all indicate that smth is done in a wrong way . Because, intuitively, human body is not supposed to ache 😅😅.

    Moving your feet around like that with exaggeration motion is not the Dan Tian.
