This is a great video that explains how to consume gum arabic. I'm thankful
I buy acacia powder and mix with room temp water but must be a dry glass and pour all the water right in and stir. Then I drink about 3 oz kefir. Prebiotic and a probiotic. Beautiful. Everyday for 3 years.
How about it? I am about to buy my mother some of this gum arabic, her legs swells a bit. Im worried about her kidney health. I read on some blogs that gum arabic made the issue gone. I hope so. Insyaallah

I had very bad edema 2 months ago I could not believe how swollen my ankles feet and lower legs were ... it was scary to look at and my shoes and boots were so tight I could barely wear them .
I tried pure organic unsweetened cranberry juice and drank several glasses of it off and on during the night and by 12 hours later the swelling was almost totally gone .
I also think having too much vitamin D especially vitamin D3 might make the legs swell up .... this happened after I did an unusually large dose of D3

dont use hot water , the vitamins and active minerals will less active... just use cold water or room temperature water.. to preserved the minerals vitamins
