Idea one: Monkey (And what comes with) The monkey would obviously have to come with bananas, a new food item that monkeys can be bred with. You could do some really cool things with the monkey, like making a new advancement for breeding two monkeys. You could call this something like “Monkey See, Monkey Do” or some other pun. The monkeys could spawn in jungle biomes and grab the fruit from the jungle trees. Could also make it to where monkeys will attack you if you steal their bananas but will follow you if you feed them bananas. Also a lumberjack villager occupation would be cool.
