Is she from Nigeria? All these videos & all the different recipes, she must spend all day long doing all them cause they all work, right? They are several of them spitting all these copy cats videos

You need to try any recipes at least 7 days to see results. She does such an excellent job making many recipes as we all have different skin type. You dont have to use them all. I've been using her recipes for 3 years my skin looks Amazing because I follow what she says!! You need a skin routine, cleanse, toner, serum, moisturizer..Do a facial 2-3 times a week...Steam 2 - 3 times a week , you will see results. You have to make time for your skin everyday, if not you will not see results!!

I listen to Dr Mandel on CZcams, he said the Orange peel has more vitamin C than the orange, I was shock. I always boil tea with the orange peel

1 tbs flaxseed
Add a cup of water and Cook for 5 minutes and strain it
2 tsp of almond oil
3 Vit A capsules
Blend it well nd add
1 tbs of Aloe Vera gel
1 tsp of vit E
Store nd use in 10 days
