you are spot on when it comes to Boost Mobile my experience has been absolutely horrible and time waisted I'm talking hours upon hours wasting my breath speaking to a phone rep and the same thing goes for in store. As far as online rep goes just don't even waste your time. Thank you for calling them out bro we need more tech youtubers like you bro.
Thanks for your comment. I really appreciate it. I try my best to call out this kind of stuff because something needs to be done. I like Boost Mobile, but their in-store and online reps are horrible. That's what really hurts them as a company. Customer service can just about make or break a company.
I have worst experience with BOOSTMOBILE as well. Their internet speed is very slow for 5G

I paid 50 for phone service and was told the boost mobile phone I bought from Walmart could not be activated because they no longer service that phone. They told me I would get a refund and never received my money and never received service. I was definitely scammed. I can only share my story and hope someone can possibly help me with my refund.
Boost has gotten to the point we're they think they're a high class mobile provider especially with the damn phone prices.
Wal-Mart is getting to be that way as well RJ. The electronics department is full of scammer as employees who'll gladly sell you a phone charging triple the tax. The biggest scam of all is the restocking fee.

Yeah I don't even bother with Walmart anymore. And yeah I agree about the "restocking" fee. It don't cost them nothing when you return something. I used to work at Walmart and got all that info when I worked there.

My issue with their plan is calling it unlimited at $60 when it is 35 gigs.

It’s 30 gigs now if you are on t mobile are att network has a data cap of 30 gigs of data now if your are on dish 5G network its unlimited

I don't doubt that one bit. Most ain't qualified to work in a cellular store. They don't get anywhere near the training they need.
Last year I bought a Moto 5G Stylus phone from Boost Mobile for $60, I thought I could sign up for the new customer $10/mo plan that my friend has, but they only allowed the $42/mo unlimited plan. I cancelled after 2 months, and went to cricket.. but since it's been a year I wonder if they would let me sign up for the $10 plan now, or will this phone always be locked to $42/mo.
I've been using mint mobile since 2019 with absolutely no problems. Although, the customer service is not the best but, you hardly ever need them. They may be more tolerable than boost mobile.
Yeah I've heard really good things about Mint Mobile. Boost Mobile is great as long as you never have to call customer service.
Quick question. Does their 25/mo plan still have hotspot data? They dont show it in their fine print. But i had them a few years ago, and it did. Now they only show hotspot on their 40/mo. Plan.
I thought they removed the hotspot, but I just got another $25 dollar plan on the T-Mobile network and surprisingly it does have hotspot. It comes off the 30gb of your data. Í hear they're going to remove it, but idk when. It could be any time.

Yeah I used to keep my hair like this all the time, but lately I've been slacking lol. I made a video giving my Boost Mobile review the other day and I'll start with Boost Mobile as long as I can. Overall I think it's a great carrier. I use Visible as my secondary line. Very satisfied with both.

You’ve accurately described all in person carrier stores and even most of the customer service over the phone too. None of them know what they’re doing and they get easily offended if you know more than they do. Verizon is by far the worst offender because my local store won’t even greet customers and they insist all deals have to be on the expensive phone plan that’s well over $100 a month. Since I love tech I even applied to work at a few carrier stores but they won’t hire me despite the fact the people working there don’t know half of what I do. It’s a joke quite honestly.

RJ I would watch what you're saying cuz there is people on here that is affiliated with boost Mobile I am a reseller for boost Mobile I see good things coming for boost Mobile they are trying to become a better company
Ive been with Boost for 10 +years they used to be helpful every since they did the switch last year the service sucks i was in a bad coverage location they just gave me the run around they took my grace period and now they all about money you telling the truth before they did the switch they use to cater to the customer now they just try to make it complicated to set up something simple
