Thank you! We think the plans are coming along but there is still so much to do! We had a great time with her as usual and yes, we miss her dearly. We do have 30 days in a year to visit with her but we only go 2 times a year.....we are just don't like flying into New York much! Hoping one day she gets moved to some place peaceful:)

The house is coming along well. Can you explain the reason for the separation while visiting your daughter? We are all blessed with them praying for all that they do. The power of prayer is amazing.❤🙏🙏
I'll try to explain it in one of our videos. It is hard to type that all up. But in a short explanation:
A cloistered nun (one who lives behind closed doors- most of the time) and not out in the world is a beacon of prayer for the whole world without the distraction of the world. These are my own words but I will try to come up with the history and other things to perhaps help. Although, even with all that I am certain most people will not understand. It is hard for us to understand but she really is so so happy and in union with Christ in such a way that we will never understand. I hope that helps a bit until I can personally talk to you all on the camera:). Thanks so much! Love and blessings!

Coming alonge nicely. Cant wait to see you screen installed in the HT. Most important room in the house. Dairy Keen I'd a Heber staple, but I whole heartedly agree, it's no burger place. Have you tried the Junction? The Cowboy burger is excellent. Also the bowling alley makes a good burger.
Wendy here....Claude has been to the Junction but I have not. Will have to ck them out! We have heard about the bowling alley food but still have not found the time to go there. We love bowling! Hopefully once all this crazy build stuff comes to an end we will find the time to get over there. Hey, feel free to come up to the site anytime, Claude is usually there and I'm sure he'd like to meet another theatre room enthusiast! :) Happy Sunday!

Good luck on the sale of the house hopefully by the end of the video people like what they see. Born into the catholic religion but never practice it. I did attend my uncle's funeral that was held in monastery. This was 30 years ago, and I know there had to be special circumstances for it to be held there. For years he did wood working there. Great visit with your daughter. Thanks for the great video.

A lot of monasteries have someone like this but they are not a religious...just someone that gets paid very little and mostly volunteers their time to help. @@mountainmoderadventures I remember his house cabinets had beautiful carvings. Not really sure, wood work or repairs of some time. I was told not many people from the outside are invited in.
Our windows are Sierra Pacific, and they are 22 years old now. Over the years I've had to replace various hardware on the windows. It's all American made and still available for the most part. I would be concerned about parts availability for Chinese windows. It's an expensive scenario down the road if you have to replace windows because you can't repair them. Have you considered that in your decision?
I didn't even know quality windows were available from China. What is the lead time? I'd like to learn more about it. Can you share the manufacturer?
I'm retired now, but I still like to keep up with the changes in building. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the comment. Yes, you can get very high quality windows from China, in fact these windows are triple pane, thermally broken full aluminum windows with all the appropriate coatings for our environment. It is tricky ordering overseas so if you know someone who has some experience in these types of transactions it can reduce the stress. I’m an owner of another company that imports Outdoor LED lighting from China so I’m very comfortable with the process. All of the hardware is name brand German product so sourcing parts is easier than you might think. The real trick is to make sure you have properly vetted the manufacturer. In our case we went with Doorwin. The process is a little clunky but the product and price are amazing. Lead time are 12 weeks start to finish. Hope this covers your question. I’ll probably go into more detail on the channel when we start installation.
