By the way, I've already some ships from our port like e.g. Aigle, Hill, Oktyabrskaya Revolutsiya and etc from the Armory in exchange for coal, combat missions and as well as from Santa's Gift Containers for a past few months.
In 2023, I will look forward definitely for some point but in-currently on spending Coal goes to Tier X Moskva (a Soviet Heavy Cruiser), recognized as the former Tech-tree ship but as a Premium Ship (replaced by Tier X Alexander Nevsky back in Update 0.9.5 in 2020) for a grinding Commander XP, but also her "Unique Upgrade" is still available in exchange of Research Points.
Other ships will I definitely looking forward in the Armory for exchange on Coal as follows but only few my recommend ships so far and others are going for my announce

Tier VI - Gallant
Forrest Sherman was a purchase I had zero regrets about
it is alot of fun for sure :3
No mention of the Yoshino, which has insane accuracy and good pen for both HE and AP and awesome torps. Put a spotter up and it will kite and farm all day.
I know it's not new but I picked up the Flint a little while ago and it's surprisingly good. Been having a lot of fun in it.
i would of had it on the list but it is super expensive for a coal ship. only reason it wasnt on the list it is a good tier 7 for sure

With Marceau it’s not hard to play only if you know how to use the guns. Very high arcs on them which means it’s a hard time landing in shots that kleber would have a ok time in.
though high arc can get you shooting over islands easier weather you are hiding or they are

Yoshino may be boring and too classic for some people, but it doesnt change the fact that its still a very strong ship for its tasks
oh yeah lowest winrate of all cruisers lmao. Only potato brain playing this ship doesnt help

my first 21 pt captain from this boat! great balance if you play her carefully... (she's a little squishy vs all the BBs lol)

Hill is my favorite low tier ship dedicated to PvP only. It lives up to the hype. The only bad thing with Hill is the short range torpedos.
Hill would be too insane with 10km torpedos.
Moskva is insane🔥
This thing can farm like crazy and survive lot. Those wonderful shell arcs and reliable HE and AP are superb!

I play marceau without range mod either, its so hard to hit stuff at long range with marceau. Then again i have groningen with range mod lol.
Just bought a Napoli, a Moskva and Marceau. I suck at all as I mostly play BBs lol

The Marceau has not got Klebber guns it has Colbert guns 😉
Marceu were my first coal ship because i wanted a fun and fast Destroyer. Then i got Salem, G Kurfurst, Hill and Napoli.
In 1 day i have enough coal to get F. Sherman. Next will be Malta when next 25% .off coupon arrives. Probably Moskva after that.
Hill lives up to the hype. High win rate in PvP. Greetings from a n00b player since early 2023.

@@johhnojj7116 coal ships now. F. Sherman Tier X. I pay for Battle Passes, and i get 10% Coal bonus from Clan too. This is why i get coal ships more often. When Battle Pass ends i get 1100 - 2000 Coal every day from Battle Pass alone until next season.
Awaiting the pan ASIA Sun Yat-Sen class battleship to be coaled.

Is the Marceau worth the coal? I'm always reticent to get her because she has no smoke, and I am not that good with dds with no smoke screen, but I heard she's really good...so I don't know honestly.
it is a really good DD but is a high skill level one to use

surprised Tromp didnt make the list
its more a gimmick ship
trust me you dont want Tromp.... on offensive its really stronk for DD since it got 3 armament like 150mm gun, fast reloading torpedo, and airstrike. the issue is her survivability.... snail as heck, THE AA IS ONLY 3.5km range.... its deadly with AADF though but range is really issue.
THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS HER ARMOR LAYOUT & HER HEIGHT!!! its literally have citadel and she have bad damage saturation.... so any HE or AP hit hurt like hell... Fisherman could take more beating despite slow.... because her armor layout will trigger damage saturation easier.
also the airstrike take a lot of skill... its only pen 21mm... so you must drop it right in the structure. but if its hit the damage is monster.
absolutely stronk ship WITH VERY VERY HIGH SKILL..... dont pick this ship (harder than marceau)
This might sound crazy but I think coal ships are better than steel ships.

@@z6a99c hayate is a hybrid torpedo boat, against a dedicated gunboat you're garunteed to lose but you can slap around torp boats
Do you know if it’s ALL the free xp ships they had over the years? Or just the ones in the previous patch before they removed? I think there was just a pair of Japanese or German free xp ships before they removed.

just saying, Kearsarge have better accuracy than Montana or Iowa..... even without plane, the gun itself IS BLAST.
but be noted that her shell speed is terible.... if you are skilled enough, the ship would print a lot of damage.

Shes pretty bad, you don't want to push in the current meta and her poor angles require her to show a lot of broadside to use all her guns
the current mets isnt the best except for certain game modes like airship or brawls where it does really well
not a bad ship for rating battles, but requires investments for its better implementation

sherman was a pos ship, I can hit 300 shots and not even half way kill a ship and Id argue that its extremally hard to hit anything to begin with. Whats they point of rapid fire if you cant hit and when you do it does zero damage? I regret wasting coal on that ship! I should have waited and got the Neustrashimy or even the Brisbane would have been better way to spend my coal.
