ok so i did the most hardcore mod ever, i cut of a small portion of the big washer thingy that keeps the sliding part in place and added washers at the nut to press it further in, that got me easily up 65 with heavy weights, although thats not healthy for the engine but mine easily does 55 now with self tuned weights

I have 2012 model setup 50cc Malossi multivario I have ordered the bigger pipe for air filter to throttle ( i have this white cable indeed also if i remove it the engine light goes on this is no problem but i dont have the feeling it does anything am i right here or not does it do indeed something)
@@jasserantit9241 a few mods were done This is a 2009 4 stroke neos and it has no lambda sensor and no rev limiter (I think) I changed the variator to a Malossi Multivar I bought a bigger air manifold I made sure the tires are well inflated (can really make a difference!) For newer neos, you might have to do other things like removing the rev limiter and installing a lambda emulator, or even install an unlimited ecu
What also helps a lot is to make the clutch wheel lighter by taking of the metal plate and drill the holes for cooling to 10mm. Then it needs less power for taken off, and if you change the rollers to 7 gram in a polini vario, your take off will be fast and you still reach around 70 km/h, with the rpm around 9000. When I used 4.8 gr rollers the rpm was over 10.000 and the engine does not like that. The take off was fast I must say! Also I changed the inlet pipe. Do not change the air filter for more air, you get really bad start with cold engine!

@@mathijs2539 plugged the white wire out, it didnt start. Plugged it back in, everything was fine.
That’s a bummer. Then an unlimited ECU will be your best way to go I guess

Remove the v-ring ion know what if its valled that in english
Put a Yamaha 2stroke Vario in. A 4t they are the same only is the 2t much better look at the difference between the slide hole of the small weights

everytime i switch out my normal ecu with a unlimted it wont start?? any fixes?

You also say something about inflating how much bars you have put in the front and in the back wheel
