- Well it’s been awhile! I certainly haven’t been able to spend as much time working on this property as I would like but we have made some changes and much more to come!
Hey folks is the visual quality good?
Even though certain things may have sentimental value to the previous owners, I'm sure they are very happy that you are taking care of the place and doing your best to return it to its original glory.
You have really done a lot of work on this property. It is really looking good. Would just love to sit on the deck and look at the water.
Having a cabin in the forest is a never ending battle with maintenance. Every time you leave the forest tries to take back its land.
Trees also have a lifespan. When they've reached their end, they start dying. Too bad you don't have a sawmill where you can utilize your own trees to refurbish the place.
When you live in places like this, or the Pacific Northwest where I live, you learn to listen for cracking of trees during storms. It happens, no matter how pretty they are, they can be dangerous. People who don't live in these places can't speak from experience. You live and learn. It's looking really good!
So hard to get all you want to do finished when you are running a busy business full time, plus being a Dad. You are doing great, it just takes time with a large piece of property. Proud of you my friend.
