    Why do some Western tourists keep emphasizing that drinks in Saudi Arabia are non-alcoholic, as if their countries only serve alcoholic beverages, and they visit here solely for that purpose? Did they not read about the Saudi culture before arriving? It's amusing how some seem shocked by the absence of alcohol in regular drink menus. Were they expecting alcoholic options in a normal beverage menu. If the table has non alcoholic menu so it means no alcohol is served. Alcohol is only served if the table has alcoholic menu lol. I think most restaurants have separate alcohol menus if I’m wrong correct me.

    • @leen664
      @leen664 Před 2 měsíci +3

    • @manalfallatahJohnston
      @manalfallatahJohnston Před 2 měsíci +1

      @@leen664 yes as you noticed when he emphasizes "the non-alcoholic" drink, it feels like he's implying that drinking alcohol is the norm, which can be misleading, especially for young kids. Saying "why Margarita is non-alcoholic" may suggest that it's strange for a country not to have alcohol. Since you're showcasing Saudi Arabia, please refrain from subtly insinuating that it's unusual for a country to offer non-alcoholic beverages. While mature individuals may understand the intended meaning, younger kids and less mature adults may find it perplexing. Using phrases like "the non-alcoholic" followed by "wow, I like it" may cover up the underlying message, but it can still be misleading. My message to him is: “Let's respect everyone's understanding and avoid any subtle implications that could be misinterpreted as a sneaky tactic against Saudi Arabia.”

      @manalfallatahJohnston Před 2 měsíci

      @@mohammadalmajid6599 It's common sense that a standard menu worldwide doesn't include alcohol. Alcohol is typically listed separately on its own menu. Have you ever been to a restaurant that presents two menus-one for food and non-alcoholic beverages, and another for alcoholic drinks? This separation helps customers know exactly what they're ordering. No one orders a drink without knowing what's in it. Don't justify their behavior. You're genuinely innocent, and their intention is to manipulate innocent people like you into thinking they're merely curious.

    Why is it that burritos in Saudi Arabia are so much larger than those in the USA, yet the opposite is true for shawarma? In Saudi Arabia, shawarma portions are often smaller compared to the oversized ones found in the USA. Wouldn't it be great to have equally large shawarmas in Saudi Arabia as they do in the USA? Similarly, why are burritos in Saudi Arabia bigger than those in the USA?
