If you have any Oregon fuel hose, replace the fuel intake to the engine. My husqvarna dealer told me that he always changes th hose before he sells his bowers. I recommend doing this because two of my husqvarna blowers I have owned the hoses broken. As far as reliability, these machines are top notch. Fuel hose are the only parts that have failed after years of use. The reason they break my be because of extreme cold temperatures in the Canadian prairies. Oregon hoses are much better quality anyways. This 580bts mark 3 is a beast. Most landscapers use blower to clear snow in my area, and this blower is just as powerful as the stihl or eco machines. The reliability and price sold me on husqvarna. What good is a machine if it spends time in shop for repairs.

Nice Review… I agree 1K cfm backpack blowers need to have more padding for comfort. Plus need to come up with some kind of design to help reduce fatigue with our right arm and wrist. Puts a toll on our body after an hour or so of continuous use.

Yep that would be asking to much lol. I liked the old Husqvarna off set handel it helped with that. Yes I think shoulder padding on theses 1k blower needs to be added..

Yep. Only think is the original 580 blowes harder but not as big as this new 580 m3.. this one blowes wider air. I think its just the difference in the tubes. But I Like it..

I have to say it great at. Big leafs . But not at smaller areas like the original 580bts.. if you take off the end tube on the regular 580. It moves bigger areas of leafs to.. I have a shorts video showing that..

I don't know... sorry you have problems.. . Its seems theses day quality control is not what it use to be. I would contact a dealer. Or Husqvarna directly...
