Most of the homeless stay in some squares but once in a awhile the city take them from the squares.

Thank you. I appreciate your help. For the record I have no problem with homeless people, but with small children I fear for their safety. I think drugs and mental illness is the reason for most of the problems. Many of them are also from broken families.
