Epping Forest is a local government district in Essex. England. Situated in the west of the country, bordering northeast greater London.

My dream is to MTB Epping Forest.
Why ? First off, I'm a huge Genesis fan. Secondly, it's beautiful and it's basically a flat ride and you don't have to worry about Black Bears chasing you for lunch, and seeing as I'm 57, they'll have little trouble catching me. Black Bears you say ? Well yes, I'm in New Jersey, USA and we have many of them. Anyways, Soon I'll be visiting and renting a Mountain Bike for my own first time ride in this legendary place.

great adventure bro..Sometimes we need a break from the chaotic city life.. Being close to nature gives us the chance to enjoy the beautiful God’s creation.. and of course biking is one of the best exercises for the heart.. take care bro!
