As I know that Over is used when something moves over the sky, and above is used when something is not moving and when there is a difference between up and down like paint.

Madam, I am confusing with your use of above and over. Here I think "over" is used for plane. Please response to me knowing it clearly. Ok, thanks a lot.
Same preposition can be used in different places differently. You have to know all the uses to get this clear.
In this lesson, we had only learnt the basic prepositions.

ফ্যানের ক্ষেত্রে over নয়, above হবে। কারণ, ফ্যান কোনো কিছুকে আবৃত করে না বা উপর দিয়ে অতিক্রম করে না, এটি কোনো কিছুর উপরে space রেখে ঝুলে থাকে।

Over= উপরে স্হির থাকা হবে।
Api , অনেক জনকে বোঝাতে না আমরা মাঝে মাঝে শেষে S যোগ করি? তাহলে ২ ভাই= Two brother নাকি Two brothers হবে🤔। কতজন সেটা যদি বলি তাও কি S দিতে হবে?
