RA is back! Eight years after their first release, we are proud to present the second full album of the Norwegian duo Christer Borge-Lunde (Ex Dimension 5, Electron Wave) and Lars Wedde Lind.
“9th” is a concentrate of eastern melodies, deep soundscapes and fantastic positive climaxes… Starting where “To Sirius” left off, “9th” upgrades the RA experience to an all-allegoric story, ranging from soft Ambient and downtempo Goa Trance to uplifting morning monsters !
Octagon and Expand Consciousness embody dreamlike acceleration/deceleration phases aside the Ambient maestrias of the Intro and Light Receiver.
Ultima Energica, Spirit Complex and the massive Time Current are melodic stompers designed for the dancefloor, twirling layers over mind-melting rythmics !
Other Self, Transcendant and Predator are real athems to the Sun, the very definition of RA’s so special music, full of psychedelic highs and soundscape travelling. Story-telling at its best...
Note: This is not SUNCD11 we're bringing you here, but indeed SUNCD07. This album was initially scheduled for mid 2007 but the artists wanted to refine it, so we kept its catNr and barcode preciously till they were 100% happy and ready. The benefit is for you :)

Well, then you know the spirit of Suntrip Records! Suntrip is a half French, half Belgian record label, releasing Goa Trance and melodic Psychedelic Trance. Suntrip Records was set up in the summer of 2004 by Fabien "Mars" Marsaud and Joske "Anoebis" Vranken. Since 2004 they are working together to promote Goa Trance as much as possible via CD-releases, parties, radio shows, etc. :)

Wow, very powerful pure Goa, very crisp sounds.. I found about RA when i was around 12 years old, now i'm 25 and i just found this track for the 1st time, somehow i missed it all this time.. But glad to find another music gem!

I do like Ra "spirit complex" better than Ra "soul group." It's more uplifting where as 'soul group' rhymes with poop.
