  • The League of Women Voters of the Litchfield County and the Litchfield Historical Society are excited to welcome David Anthone, the Supervisory Historic Preservation Officer of the General Services Administration, for a virtual lecture Hidden in Plain Sight: Decoding Public Monuments.
David addresses the debate about public monuments and how they stimulate our feelings about our historical narrative. Listen to what story is being told through monuments, who is telling the story, and what was the original intent of the monument and their impact to current communities.
