Unfortunately, war has destroyed Lebanon, Libya, Syria, Afghanistan and Yemen. If you visited the historical sites of these countries before the war's you were amongst the fortunate and if you went now you would be reduced to tears at the destruction. One small info Royal Enfield does not make auto rickshaw the RE written behind auto stands for Rear Engine. Major manufacturer of rickshaw is Bajaj and Piaggio in India. The One you saw was by Bajaj.

Antar bhai , just watching your Lebnan entry vlog on CZcams. Yes the 3 wheelers are from India but not Royal Enfield. The RE means rear engine and these 3 wheelers are built by the company Bajaj . Love your content , hope to meet you some day 👍

You should first go to uniformed and he will tell you what you lack and will point to someone who will help! An accomplice he is guaranteed to fleece you but will be less rapacious than the freelancers. Getting scammed at foreign places is common and can not be eliminated. The objective is to reduce it.
