Thatâs the ferry we took on August. Itâs brilliant! Very busy, obviously. A great shortcut to Norway. And yes, I will go back too, still so much to see.
The 360 cameras show depth and elevation so much better than GoPro action cameras which always tend to flatten everything making them looks so much less majestic than they are. Cracking vid Maja. Jeez, that Golf reversing back towards you on the hairpin!!! đČ Utterly breath-taking location!
True, but the compromise is the lower quality of the footage. They both have their uses, I do like the versatility of the 360. Thanks for watching đđŒ
Thereâs a newer version of my 360 out already, I wonder how much different that is to mine. Ideally youâd have both but thatâs a lot of money đ
@@Biker_Maja I think the X3 has a slightly larger sensor, so allows higher bitrate, but doesn't offer better resolution... but more bitrate is good, that is what it needs to beat GoPro... but still needs more. I think we are basically held back by memory card speeds currently... soz, geeking! :-D hahaha
One tip to all who like ride Trollstigen: try to be there VERY early in the morning, before the wave of tourists in cars, campers, cars with camping trailers and tour busses arrives. Itâs worth skipping breakfast (you can eat something on the summit). In main season it can be total chaos mid day. Same applies to many passes in the Alps like Stelvio!
Thatâs a good advice. Luckily, it was out of the season so the roads werenât all that busy. And the last time I rode Stelvio it was raining heavily so hardly any traffic. Although I canât wait to do it again next summer, weâll definitely have an early start for that.
I'm so envious, I watched Richy Vida ride here a while back and it's always been on my wish list. The Insta 360 does a great job of capturing the experience and being able to pick the best view is fabulous. Carol and I use the Insta microphone adapter and Rode wireless Go 2 to capture our joint audio.
Itâs a bucket list road to ride. I must do it again. I watched Richyâs video too. I agree, Insta 360 did a good job. Thatâs a great tip, thanks. I donât record audio whilst riding. Iâve tried and itâs just a load of rubbish that comes out of my mouth đ
Thanks for posting! đInteresting to see you wearing a Kreiga bag. My experience of panniers earlier in the year has pointed me in the direction of trying a Kreiga 30 bag instead. đ€
I didnât get the panniers in time. I had a SW-Motech rollbag and a backpack for all my essentials. I usually use the US-30 Kreiga tail bag on my Supersport, itâs just brilliant.
If you want to save some cash get ugly bros which are identical to kreiga us10,20,30 tail bags off ali express. I had full set of kreiga and ended up selling as ugly bros 1/5th of price and identical size / spec / quality. May struggle to find on normal ebay as suspect kreiga taken copyright action now.
