Just watched the first half of CC's debut vs Dallas. Since this is by far the MOST W I've ever watched, a few things stand out: 1) Some of these ladies can't hit from 3' away and miss horribly from 18', 2) Some of these ladies pass horribly, and 3) CC leads all scorers with 16 on over 50% shooting from the arc, while sitting more than she ever did in college! Soooooo, when's that "wake up call" coming for her?😂
She did watch tonight’s debut game! The leaning adjustment was in effect. All she was saying that’s it was levels playing against kids then playing against grown women. CC debut vs Dallas was a scrimmage type game them games was played for rosters sports. Connecticut Introduced her to the welcome to league debut with the physical Defense and 10 turnovers and it was learning curve! Taurasi new what she was talking about and like she said it’s not the same!
It feels like the reporters don't want to ask a Caitlin question right off the bat. They want to ease their way into it😂

There was a time when I really admired Diana and loved watching her play from her college days to the WNBA. Her comments about Caitlin were unnecessary and did not serve to promote the spirit of women's basketball. IMO they made her look small minded. Looking forward to her retirement.

I saw nothing wrong with Taurasi original statement regarding CC. There is a learning curve moving from college to the pro ranks. Not just for CC. All rookies have to adjust to the speed and physicality. Some get it faster than others. But nothing wrong with Taurai's comment.
