@@christopherchartier3017 sadly like the max distance you can lodge a mav with at least the tech tree a10 is like only 4 kilometers cause of the sensor, its kinda stupid
I fling Mavs from 5 miles on SPAAs that are sitting in spawn not moving. And moving targets get a Mav from 3 miles, then dive out and run away, rinse and repeat. Only shoot 1 Mav at a time. Don't try to get a kill streak with them. Lol

@@Heliancute the C gets a targeting pod, i think a jamming pod Like the F-16C should also have, better Air to ground munitions and avionics and a helmet mounted targeting system to gain situational awareness while attacking ground targets
If you keep the right distance and altitude, you can still deliver Maverick's and be out of range of the spa. practically no plane can come to you because you have an AIM-9L's. best CAS in the game.
I try to keep the distance around 14/10 km. altitude 4000m/4.5 km

@@bouzahgaming1016actually lately when fired at rear aspect the aim9L is pretty flare resistant, still can be easily flared from any other aspect tho, and if you fly the a10 and there’s a fighter plane engaging you you will probably won’t get to see his rear and die
@@doonder100 Flare resistance is only for jets with hot engines. Most things at the 10.3 BR range (with the Phantoms being an exception) don't burn that hot. Even with that, the platform sucks in terms of air-to-air combat. Most things at that BR are much better and will kill you very easily.
Have been having fun with the m1128, m3a3,m1 abrams, lav-ad and A-10a late lineup at 10.3. Taking out 2s38 and other AA from 10km is satisfying.

In CAS Some maps enemy doesn’t render even when you are close gaijin should fix this and also the lock is refusing or taking long time on long range which become disadvantage for cas

I have a problem. When using the commander's sight, when I check the distance with the rangefinder, the sight does not change position

I got some huge issues getting the mavericks to track anything, when I press weapon lock once, it takes ages. A second press is a ground attack, right? With the second lock my missiles most of the time never hit or even fail to reach the target. Any ideas?
Try getting closer, to 6km away from the target when using Maverick B.

How do you make your own map markers appear in the game? When I mark something on the map, I dont see my own marker.
Why? it is like this by default since a long time.
@@Hunter_i86 Unfortunately it is not for me. When I ping something from the map, I dont see it myself. The way you mark the enemy spawn to find it, doesn't work for me.

It might be the wrong video for my question, but maybe you explain it to me? Why with my AJ37 (10.3 Sweden) I can't manage to lock on ennemys with the tv missiles? when I'm in test flight I can lock on without any problems, in normal play it doesn't work and I don't understand my mistakes :(
The missile is just bad. Try diving from very high altitudes so you can get a clear top-down view, works the best for me.

It basically is a Maverick (A), and Mav A locks MBT size target at 3km, while Mav (B) at 6km and Maverick D\G at 11km. So you need to get closer or pick long distance static targets, static I mean like SPAA or a tank in a cap zone.

I still hate the mav TV screen it never locks
pretty sure the hevt from 2s38 should already be removed or heavily nerfed, strella is already enough, and the tank performing way better than the otomatic is crazy (im just yapping, i wanna do brrrt)

Movie settings, film color correction in postfx settings, nothing special about sound settings, SFX minimum, my engine minimum, RWR sounds half and radio\speech low.

How in the hell can you see that well? I can never see anything when trying to find enemy and it always seems so far zoomed out.
Maybe you are using A-10 Late? Maverick D has lower zoon but has thermal imaging.

it feels weird to see someone play this defensive with the new Mav targeting.
You can literally spam out 4 and get guaranteed kills because they hit much more often now.
I would do that fast if I saw multiple targets near to each other and pull off fast and get out of 6km distance away from the battle, but if someone stayed too much time on the screen to search and fire multiple Mavericks at multiple scattered targets he will spend more time and get closer to 4km distance, and after he dies by a Strela he will start saying "Strela OP Gaijin please nerf" :D

So funny how S38 can one hit a A10 but nothing can one hit a Su25-39. Not even SAMs. You basically need a 100lbs warhead to hit them to be able to take them out in single hot
