NATO DIANA Estonian Accelerator Forest Camp

NATO DIANA Estonian Accelerator kicked off with 9 companies at the Forest Camp. The first workshops of the accelerator introduced participants to leadership principles directly from the battlefield.
Our deep-tech, dual-use startups had the opportunity to learn about team building and leadership from the Combat Ready team, who teaches leadership principles directly from the battlefield. Their theoretical training, combined with practical exercises is based on the leadership framework developed by the Special Forces. The workshop provided good practices to implement in their businesses.
These are the very first startups of NATO DIANA Estonian Accelerator: GaltTec, REVOBEAM, Lobster Robotics, GIM Robotics, Anzen Technology Systems, Dronetag, IceWind, Goldilock and AVoptics.
The NATO DIANA Estonia Accelerator is run by Tehnopol Startup Incubator in cooperation with Sparkup Tartu Science Park and Startup Wise Guys. The implementation of the accelerator in Estonia is funded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defence and the City of Tallinn. Contributing in Estonia to the alliance’s network of testing centres are TalTech, the University of Tartu, CR14, the Estonian Military Academy, the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences, the Estonian Aviation Academy and Metrosert.
