You are fantastic. I’m only finding out about the process of these mosaics today. I saw another video saying the stones are leveled by using Pumice Stone to grind them down a bit. Do you also do this?

Why are you bothering with direct dialing? It's much easier and cleaner to work with reverse dialing.
