Yuya Takahashi, also about why they didn't do a crossover together is primarily the way how they do crossovers for kamen rider is pretty much just the one before and current year kamen rider (Geats & Gotchard) the only big crossovers I can remember is the Heisei Generations movies but never a specific rider despite the years. Which is odd if you think about it. But I guess it's kinda difficult to do a crossover between different years instead of a crossover between 2022 & 2023 rider
