Finally an edc kit that is useful. You have what is needed. There are things you can add but not much. In the comments were good suggestions, then you would have to take something out or a bigger tin. Great kit.
That's a great kit! I know you want to get into the tin quickly, but putting a largish ranger band around the circumference would still help in closure and a bit of waterproofing. A small piece of sugar-free gum can be used as a filling if one falls out. I'm surprised you don't have a whistle. I know there's no room (the flashlight is a bit "big") but in a building collapse you would want to have something like that to get rescued. You can only yell so much and you might not have the strength.
@@happylittleprepping8382 which is exactly the main flaw with this idea. it's all good and well to tetris it all in place in the comfort of your own home, but what happens when you are out and need to use an item on the bottom of this in less then perfect conditions? how do you get it all back in there? cold,. wet hands, wind that wants to carry off half the stuff in there, time pressure, stress from whatever situation you are dealing with, etc etc. any of these things can make tetris feel like twister.
I wrap some electrical tape around the lighter and maybe some sewing tread and then you can just dump some needles in the tin, and also good for some splinter. Awesome kit BTW, I don't think I can ever see to many of them 👍
Great set up, thanks for sharing ! I would put the bandaids in the lid behind the emergency numbers in order to remove everything if here's an emergency 😉

That is sooooo cool!
I want this tin!
Great.
Kind regards,
Mike.

I wrap electric tape around it to seal it and could use the tape for other things if needed.
This came across my page today, and I am impressed. The organization makes my heart happy!
Thanks! When your confined to such a small space, you have to be very Tetris minded 😉

Massive thumbs up for the Bob Ross tin 👍🏻

Thank you for the suggestions!
Every kit needs an edge in my option
I saw these tins at Bed Bath and Beyond recently. Need to add them to my container/kit collection.
There are no societal collapses, only happy emergencies.
Right on!
I really liked the ratchet tool hack. 👍
how cool, I love Bob Ross!
This is a really Great kit!!
Thanks!

Yup,very good idea and also change them at least once a year. The adhesive on the paper deteriorates, especially on cheap ones.
👍
Awesome 😊
Good selection.
I made one of these for my daughter with this tin.
That’s Awesome!
perfect EDC...I would just try to put everything in a ziploc
Good idea...Thanks!
I'm trying to picture myself at edc, finding this magical Bob Ross tin, and inside you're gonna try to tell me there's no LSD, Molly, or shrooms?
if your prepping you deff need a supply of meds in your stores
I'm surprised that you didn't include a condom, but I guess you could buy one with your $20.
The great thing about Bob Ross EDC tins is that they are customizable!
Does that Listerine taste like listerine? LOL
Kinda, but less swish!
