Thank you so much for emphasizing that the follow must not depend too much on the leader for her own stability during her giro. I know that I need to get more solid in my own balance and stability during the lapis, but when I try this figure, I find I'm often pulled off my axis by my follower pushing or pulling.
Pablo, I'm so inspired by your crystal-clear axis, even with a rise and fall. I'm going to practice this while picturing how cleanly you do it. One question for you though: Why do you sometimes open your left hand in the final part of the lapis? Is it for styling?
