Dear Peter, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making these videos. I am happy to share with you that I've been offered a job as Azure Data Engineer and you are one of the few people who deserve credit for it. Your channel is my go to channel, be it your explanation about how different layers and hierarchies are created in ADLS, parquet & delta format videos, error handling/ parameterization/ configuring to send failure emails/ triggers/ connecting ADF with ADLS using Key Vault/ fetching secret from key vault using web activity in ADF or different methods of connecting ADB with ADLS, the number of times I've gone through these sections and the amount it has helped me is unbelievable. Lastly, your teaching also has a very clear, concise and calmness to it which makes it look really easy and helps us gain confidence. I wish you all the best for your future and hope you have great success. You are surely one of the few people who has had tremendous impact on my life just by your teachings. Thanks & Regards, Your student. PS: 1. I wanted to send this as a mail to you but could not find any email id associated hence the format of this comment. 2. For people who are here just for DP-203, stick around and watch all his videos, they will enable you to become an excellent (Azure) Data Engineer.
WOW! Thanks a lot for your super nice words - it really means A LOT to me. Actually, that's one of the moments when I can feel that those videos are helpful to you so it makes sense to keep recording them. I just can't stop smiling after reading your comment. And congratulations for getting a new job! You rock!
Thank you so much Tybul! After watching 50 of your videos I passed the exam with score 953 today, I couldnt have done this without your help! You are a great teacher! Your explanations towards those concepts are the best and your demenstrations are very easy to follow. All credit goes to you
Hi Peter, I just wanted to say that your content is amazing! It's incredibly useful not only for newcomers but also for experienced professionals. Please keep up the great work and consider uploading more advanced content that addresses real industry challenges based on your experience. BR, Imam
Hi Piotr, I cleared DP203 exam yesterday with a score of 796😇. I want to thank you for giving us this free series of videos, it really helped me understand the concepts. You are truly a great teacher 🙏🙏🙏. There were some questions on life cycle management, ADF pipeline activities scenarios , adf triggers, Distribution types (hash , round robin) , databricks to datalake connection in notebook, cicd devops collaboration branch, purview, stream analytics window functions, security related questions and a time killing case study. I know you are yet to cover purview n stream analytics sections so i covered those from Microsoft Learn modules as i had to give the exam, looking forward to upcoming topics. But really your videos gave me confidence and clarity about the azure services and use cases. This series will always be my go to space to revise and stay updated on D.Engg topics. Once again thank you sir ❤🙏.
Hello Soumik, many congrats for your certification, indeed an achievement. Would it be possible for you to elaborate a little bit regarding your preparation. It would be a great help and motivation for aspirants like us. Thanks regards
Hi P, Your content is great and you explain everything in details. I have a question, i am in IT but from different field and i wanted to switch my field to Azure Data engineer. After passing DP203 can we become job ready ?? This is my question and if not then what additional information required for that. Thanks and Regards
In my opinion, passing the exam is just a cherry on top. What really matters is the knowledge you gain during exam preparation. However, without prior experience as a data engineer, you might have hard time being hired as Azure Data Engineer as usually some experience is required. On the other hand, it would be a solid foundation to be hired as a Junior Azure Data Engineer.
Hi guys, i need your recommendation, im planning to start my azure cloud data engineer, im new to this, should I start first on dp-900? O can continue here dp203?
Hi, I don't have all videos created already as I'm recording and uploading them on a weekly basis. So basically all videos recorded so far are already uploaded.
Hi, there will be about 20 more episodes and it should cover the theory part of the exam. However, I would also strongly suggest to practice the stuff I'm talking about.
@@TybulOnAzure Thanks a lot. Now I feel that was indeed a silly question :) I've got another one - how does the data governance fit into your described data engineering flow? Do they have all the data catalogued and decide what to keep and what transformation is needed prior to the data ingestion, or do they have a different spot in the process?
Data governance is quite important as otherwise we might end up with a mess, e.g. the same data ingested and processed multiple times as no one knows who owns the previous versions and if they can be trusted. I plan to cover that topic in future episodes.
Hi. No, there are two reasons why current videos are NOT enough to learn for the exam: 1. Apart from viewing the videos you would need hands-on practice. 2. I didn't cover all topics yet. @@TybulOnAzure Hi Sir, I have the same question, I am currently learning the basics from Microsoft Learn Modules for DP 203, where i am getting some sort of hands on exercises, but i also want to start with your videos in playlist. Will it be enough to pass DP203 exam?
@@soumikmishra7288 I just got a comment from some other student that my videos helped him a lot, so I guess the answer is yes. But still - I strongly suggest you to practice the stuff I'm covering in my course.

Trudno dokładnie powiedzieć, bo nie mam jeszcze ułożonego całego planu. Na pewno będzie to co najmniej 20 filmików.

Hi, if you are completely new to data, then I would recommend starting from DP-900 (or even AZ-900 if you know nothing about Azure).
@@TybulOnAzure Hi Tybul, I really appreciate your time responding me, I will definitely take and follow your advise.

Nope, this playlist is about data engineering.

I'm sorry, I've got a silly question. What's the difference between a Data Engineer and Data Architect? Great content btw, keep up the good work!
Thanks! Simply put, data architect designs the solution (how it should look like and why) and data engineer implements it.
