No. If you kill Joe Peterson, Barrett is actually quite happy that his bully is gone. He refuses to acknowledge that Harry is his son and will not take any responsibility for the boy. Harry disappears and shows up in a house south of Whitechapel threatening to commit suicide. He will shoot and kill himself unless you can talk him down.
If you talk Harry down he gives you Joe's gun and returns to Whitechapel, but not to his house. He can be found in front of the church, begging for money. You can never go back in the house, so if you kill Joe it's important to go in the house and get his locked chest the day you kill Joe before you sleep, along with the other collectibles in the house. You won't be able to get them later.
It's so disappointed how Batter don't feel empathy to his biological son. When you kill Joe, barret is happy while Harry is become really miserable and Barret never gonna help them sometimes I feel this game is so depressed.
When you kill Harry Peterson, Joe becomes a vampire hunter. I don't remember exactly where I ran into him. He'll be near a bridge somewhere - possibly in front of the cemetery. He's a L27 Priwen Brawler and kicks a lot of ass. But when you beat him you'll get his key to unlock the locked box in his house, which will give you Joe's Cudgel - arguably the best melee weapon in the game.
Git Gud, thanks, I actually just finished my 2nd run of the game. XD I killed everyone and was wondering where he was. I was so overpowered by then then that I hit him then bit him to death.
